If you're an experienced accounting professional who likes rolling up your sleeves, taking ownership, and keeping things organized, this could be a great opportunity.
We are looking for a Staff Accountant with 10+ years of accounting experience to join a growing organization in San Leandro.
You'll have a hands-on role supporting day-to-day accounting across three entities, including:
?? Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
?? Bank and credit card reconciliations
?? Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records
?? Tracking expenses and identifying discrepancies
?? Pulling reports and analyzing financial information
?? Looking for opportunities to improve costs and processes
?? Providing useful financial information to support business decisions
? 10+ years of accounting experience
? QuickBooks Online experience required
? Strong Excel skills, including formulas and report preparation
? Solid AP, AR and reconciliation experience
? Excellent attention to detail
? Strong communication skills
? Confidence working independently and taking initiative
? A proactive, problem-solving mindset
? Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Experience in construction, manufacturing or an operations-focused environment is a plus.
